Basic Terms & Conditions:

1. To Redeem "Our Holidays", the eligible distributor would be required to send the following documents though courier or Registered Post to -
Redemption Cell - "ARS World", SCO 705, Second Floor, NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh, Pin Code-160101

Documents Required
• Duly filled Booking Request Form in original.
• Photo Identity proof of the traveller (e.g. Copy of Driving license etc)
• Photocopy of proof of membership with the company (e.g. Member ID card).
• Demand Draft of Rs 549/- (Five Hundred Forty Nine only) in favour of “Innovative Holiday Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Chandigarh.

2. A minimum of 21 days notice before the first preferred date of travel is required, from the date of receipt of the booking request by "Redemption cell".
3. In the booking request form the eligible member must state 3 different alternative destinations and 3 different dates with minimum 7 days difference between the departure dates.
